Back Squat 1 RM

RE-TEST DAY!!!!!!!!!

Today is the day that we have been waiting for! 6 week of work to get stronger in our Back Squat!

Trust your legs. Remember to REST. FIGHT FOR YOUR REP!!!!!!

This is a warm-up scheme I would recommend using:

40% x 5

50% x 5

60% x 3

75% x 2

85% x 1

Then go up as you feel necessary - if the jumps are larger than you would like then be smart and take a smaller one. Remember that sometimes when we add the weight up in our heads we can psych ourselves out - so once you are getting close to your previous 1RM just go off of the feel and make proper increases! I BELIEVE IN YOU ALL!!!
