HandStand Walk

12 minutes of focused practice toward handstand walking. 

Beginner : 5 x Practice Kicking up to the wall and holding a hand stand for 1-10 seconds or Wall Walks

Intermediate : 5 x 10 shoulder taps or weight shifts

Advanced : 5 x HS walk to the wall increasing distance each time

Expert : 5x 25 ft HS walks
