In Partners of 2 

AMRAP 10 Rounds  (20 Min) 

+ 3 OHS Buy-In each minute  

Min 1: 3 OHS + Max Back Squats 95/65

Min 2: 3 OHS + Max Back Squats  

- Each Partner completes one round at a time!  

- One Partner works at a time!  

- Rounds will start with a buy-in of 3 OHS on the top of the minute and then you will complete as many Back Squats as you can in the remaining minute!  

- Score is total number of Back Squats  

- GO TO THE PAIN CAVE!!!
