We believe in challenging the status quo when it comes to improving fitness.
Armed with great coaches, a fantastic community and programs that involve fun and effective training techniques, we work with anyone from the Beginner to the General Fitness Seeker to the Competitive CrossFit Athlete.
By no means do we classify our program as easy... but we know you aren't looking for easy... you are looking for results.
We believe that a program involving the right mixture of skill, strength, mobility and endurance training in a positive environment will keep you motivated. We are all about tracking your changes in your performances and body to help keep you on track, safe and motivated.
Our methods of training require you to give every workout your all.
We teach you technique, ensure it's consistent, then have you apply it to a high level of intensity. The workouts constantly evolve to keep your fitness moving forward.
Kelsey Powers // Owner & Coach
I grew up playing sports and am a lover of the outdoors. As I grew older and stopped being as active I found myself in a lull. I wasn't where I wanted to be physically and overall wasn't happy with me. The first CrossFit workout I ever did was "Filthy Fifty" and after that I was hooked. What's important to know is that I wasn't able to just walk in and 'RX' this workout, I had to scale movements and barely felt like I could finish. This is why I love and am passionate about CrossFit. It is for everybody and every BODY - no matter the age or physical limitations. It's scalable. It's safe. IT'S FUN! CrossFit didn't just help me to get more fit physically and mentally, but it gave me something I wasn't expecting; community. CrossFit is a second family to me and I have made bonds and friendships with people that will last a lifetime, and I know you will, too!
Michelle Belden // Coach
I found CrossFit in 2008 when my mother Terri introduced me to it. My first workout was the deck of death and Ithought I was going to die. But at that point I knew I had drank “the Kool-Aid” especially when my mom could climb the rope and I couldn’t. CrossFit has bettered my quality of life. Since I started CrossFit I have lost over 30lbs and competed in several CrossFit games, included being on the team that went to the world games in 2011.
I am happily married to my wonderful husband Sean to whom I have drug into the CrossFit world now. He is enjoying all aspects of this wonderful community. We have also welcomed a beautiful baby girl in 2014. She keeps us very busy and CrossFit makes it a lot easier to keep up with her.
My passion as a coach comes from several coaches that believed in me and pushed me everyday, I want to pass this on to all of my clients and help them achieve things they never thought were possible, that is the joy I live for as a CrossFit coach.

Nole Steketee // Coach
I graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and I have my CrossFit Level 1 Training certificate. I started CrossFitting in 2012 and have been coaching for 4 years.
I stumbled upon Crossfit while searching for an alternative to long grueling Triathlon training sessions. The constant variation in the workouts was exactly what I was looking for. I believe that Crossfit is not only training our bodies, but by forcing us to overcome adversity on a daily basis, we are training our minds to believe that we can overcome any obstacles we may face in our everyday lives. The thing I love most about coaching Crossfit is getting to witness the way a simple thing like working out can have such a dramatic effect on someone’s self esteem and confidence, and getting to feel like I was a part of the process.
