It’s our first priority to make sure you move safely, therefore a lot of focus is spent on the technical aspects of the movements, then we add intensity. wods require a lot of effort and therefore can be taxing on the body. Because of this CrossFit recommends that you work out 2-3 days in a row followed by one rest day. Recovery is important as it sets you up to better perform in the box and to help you smash your goals. CrossFit also recommends for better results that you participate in a minimum of 3 WODS a week.
